How to make flaxseed chutney

To make flaxseed chutney, you will need:

2 sticks of tamarind
Flax seeds 200 grams
red pepper 8
3 spoons of olive oil
3 spoons of cumin
Salt as needed
Water as needed

Step 1

To make flaxseed chutney Use a non-stick pan. Then add one tablespoon of oil. And fry the flax seeds until golden brown or about 2-3 minutes. Once roasted Turn off the gas and keep the flaxseeds aside.

Step 2

Now add another spoonful of oil and similarly fry the cumin seeds and tamarind separately on medium heat. When cooked, turn off the heat. Mix flax seeds, tamarind and cumin in a bowl. Then put it into the grinder. Grind until it is a fine powder.

Step 3

Finally, add one tablespoon of water to the powder and add salt and pepper. Put this mixture in a grinder and let it mix until it has a chutney-like consistency. When ready, garnish with oil and coriander leaves and serve.
