1. Applying Too Little Sunscreen

Generally, people avoid sunscreen when there is no sunlight and in the rainy season. In such a situation, according to the American Academy of Dermatology Association, the effect of the sun’s harmful rays remains for years, so even if the weather is cloudy, the effect of the sun’s harmful rays remains in the atmosphere till about 80 percent. 5. Using sunscreen only once a day
According to the American Academy of Dermatology Association, reapply your sunscreen at least every 2 hours if you are spending a long time of your day outside. Applying it is a must, especially if you go swimming.
Water resistance sunscreens are available for swimming, but they may only retain their SPF for up to 80 minutes. Along with this, by repeatedly applying sunscreen on the skin, it gets better on the skin.
