Every woman wants to have shiny, dark and shiny hair. But not everyone can raise their hands when asked, “who has light hair?” In fact, Harvard Health Publishing found that hair loss is a common problem, and it affects about one third of women. As women age, especially in the post-menopausal phase, two-thirds experience bald spots or hair loss. If you are one of them, you must try different shampoos and hair treatments. Maybe it’s time to check your kitchen and look at rice water for hair growth.
To find out if rice water works for hair growth, Health Shots reached out to Dr. Smita Naram, an Ayurvedic doctor and herbalist.
