Flax seeds – 1 1/2 cup
Dry amla candy (cut into small pieces) – 4 teaspoons
Almonds – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1 cup
Pumpkin seeds – 4 tsp
Sunflower seeds – 4 tsp
White sesame seeds – 4 teaspoons
Coconut (grated) – 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp

First of all put a pan on the gas and let it get hot. Put flax seeds and almonds in the pan and dry roast both of them.

Let it cool slightly and then put it in a grinding jar and grind it.

Add sesame seeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in the same pan and dry roast them after adding coconut.

Now cut the dry amla candy into small pieces and keep it aside.
Put ghee in the same pan, add it from above and melt it well by adding some water.

When the jaggery melts, add the mixture of ground flaxseeds and almonds, top with roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds and pieces of amla candy.

Add cardamom powder to it and mix them all together well.

Keep stirring it till the mixture becomes completely dry.

Now take a container, put this prepared mixture in it and leave it in a cool place for 4 to 5 hours to set.

When it sets, cut it lengthwise in the shape of a bar and enjoy it as a snack.
