1. Shalabhasanal (Locust pose)

To do this, lie down on the mat on your stomach. Now take a deep breath and join both the legs from behind. Now slowly raise both the legs upwards. Keep in mind that while doing this yoga, the knees should not bend. If at one time you are not able to take the legs up together, then try to lift the legs one by one. After this exhale. To do this in the initial phase, you first raise one leg up, then put it down. After that lift the other leg up, then lower it down.

2. Uttanasana (Standing forward bend)

Uttanasana is one of the series of asanas of hatha yoga. It is believed that every pose of hatha yoga works to remove physical disorders. To do Uttanasana, stand straight on the mat. Now maintain a slight gap between both the legs. If you are doing this yoga for the first time, then you can bend your knees and keep both the hands on the ground. In this yoga, your whole body is stretched. Now slowly straighten the legs and hold the ankles of the feet with both the hands. After doing this for 10 seconds, bring the body back to the same posture.

3. Shavasana (Corpse pose)

Choose an open place to do this yoga. After that lie flat on the mat on your back. Close the eyes and leave the body loose. Apart from this, maintain a gap between the legs. Now focus all your attention on your breath. Breathe in slowly and release. You feel sleepy during this asana. But keep your attention on the breath completely. After lying in this posture for 5 to 10 minutes, open your eyes and get up.

4. Supta Baddha Konasana

To do this, choose a quiet environment and then lie down in the posture of Shavasana. Close the eyes and leave both the palms open. Now slowly fold both the legs inwards and join the feet together. Now your legs will come in the triangle pose. This puts a strain on your waist. If you want, you can also keep a cushion under the waist. Keep doing this yoga for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

5. Sukhasana

Sukhasana is a suitable asana to improve the coordination of mind and body. Which frees our body from stress and anxiety. To do this, sit straight on the mat. Maintain a gap between the legs and pelvis. Keep the palms resting on the knees. Close your eyes and take a deep breath.
